A virtual talk dedicated to first response to fires and emergencies in the agricultural sector. The presentation addresses the risk scenario (human factors and uncontrolled burning practices, economic impact and impact on food security, soil degradation, and logistical limitations in rural areas) and develops rapid action protocols: detection and alert, wind assessment, safe evacuation, intervention timeline by time intervals, initial suppression tactics according to the fire's origin, and an essential rapid attack kit.
